I met Lisa 10 years ago. She was a supplier to my company....but actually she was Lisa......
We used HK for years in many guises and they continue to be a great business to work with but then there was Lisa.....
We became firm friends and without her I'm not sure I would have come out of the other side of my daughter's Anorexia as emotionally stable as I did. What an amazing empath.
As I stood with James H at the back of her beautiful funeral and looked back, I saw so many people trying to be a part of it and as I looked forward I saw and heard the wonder that was Lisa and the impact she's had and will continue to have on so many.
As I heard, so eloquently from her family and friends I realised why we got on so well... A love for music and singing; for people and friendships; for celebrating the outdoors and life;
I miss her more now that I can imagine. I'm so proud to have been her friend.

My darling friend, you were like a sister to me and a second mummy to Yaz and Anya. You always had such a positive attitude and encouraged everyone around you to make the most of life. As well as being a caring and supportive friend, you were great fun to be with and I will always miss your laughter, singing ,dancing as well as your cheeky smile which reminds me of how you encouraged us to step out of our comfort zones. I miss you terribly but feel that you will always be with me especially when there is music - so many songs remind me of you! I feel so grateful and blessed to have had 22 years of your friendship. Love you always xx
